Projects

Some of our recent projects:
Platt Park

This project involved adding a two-story addition to the back of the house, tying into the existing structure and renovating the entire home.  We eliminated several interior walls (supporting the second floor with steel beams); added a new kitchen, new deck, and new hardwood floors; created a new office space and TV area; and updated the master bathroom and the basement to match the newly remodeled home.  The new floor plan by architect Rob Jess gives the house an open, flowing feel.

Washington Park and Crestmoor
Kitchen Renovations

Below are two 'after' photos of different kitchens we renovated: one in Washington Park, the other in Crestmoor. Both spaces are the result of tying the existing structure into a new addition and blending them together. The Wash Park project included a vaulted ceiling to create more volume in the room, as well as rebuilding an existing TV room and adding a gas fireplace. The Crestmoor project was designed completely by the homeowners, with little help from us or the architect. After expanding the room, we added large windows to let in natural light and completely updated the kitchen.

Cherry Creek, Complete Renovation

Beneath this contemporary treatment by architect Steve Barsch was a Denver bungalow that has been completely redesigned and rebuilt per the owners' desires. This complex remodel offered several challenges that we worked through in order to realize the creative vision of the homeowners and architect.

The first photograph shows the house in its original condition. The next three show the project in various stages of completion, followed by a picture of the final product.

Wellshire

While the vast majority of our work consists of renovations, remodeling, and additions, this project in the Wellshire neighborhood is our latest custom home. Designed by Hindlemann Architecture and Design, the home reflects the feel of the neighborhood and fulfills the customers' specific requests for quality and taste at a reasonable price.

The kitchen features dual kitchen sinks, a three-door refrigerator, double ovens, a five-burner range, wine racks, and wine refrigerator. Incorporated into the home's great room, the kitchen's open feel is spacious and welcoming.

The master bath is appointed with dual sinks, a jetted tub, sit-down makeup area, separate shower with dual heads and body spray, and a double-sided gas fireplace that faces both the tub and adjoining master bedroom.

The master bedroom's multiple windows and skylight provide plenty of natural light. Vaulted ceilings add dimension to the room and contribute to the expansive feel. Two closets, including one walk-in, add functionality to the space.

Cherry Creek, Second-Story Addition

This second-story addition is a perfect example of what can be done with a 900-square-foot cottage in Cherry Creek. Designed by Stathes Architecture, this whole-house renovation included a new second-story addition, a new garage and a complete renovation of the first floor. We also excavated under the original home to enlarge the basement, adding a sunken private patio, new guest suite and all new utilities. Here we can see the home before, during and after the project.

Cherry Creek, Kitchen

This kitchen renovation transformed the old, small area into a modern, open space.  A glass tile blacksplash, new appliances, and a new layout make the new kitchen both attractive and highly functional.
