Gaddy Construction was founded in 1984 by Rob Gaddy and has been serving Denver homeowners ever since. What began as a small renovation business has grown into a trusted, family-run construction company with decades of experience in remodeling, additions, and custom home building.
We specialize in whole-home remodeling, large and small additions, second-story additions, kitchen and bathroom renovations, basement finishes, porch renovations, and custom homes built from the ground up.
We have experience working across a wide range of architectural styles, including Contemporary, Craftsman, Classic, Spanish, Tudor, and Victorian. Each project is guided by the home’s architecture and the homeowner’s vision.

For Remodeling:
Remodeling costs vary depending on scope, materials, and structural requirements.
We provide detailed estimates after reviewing plans and discussing your goals.
For Additions:
First-floor or second-story additions typically start around $320–$360 per square foot, with final pricing depending on engineering needs and finish selections.
We require a small down payment to cover permitting and initial materials. For example, on a $200,000 project, the down payment is typically around $6,000. Payment schedules are clearly outlined in each contract.
No. We accept personal checks and bank-issued checks for construction loans.
Scheduling depends on project size and current workload. Smaller projects can often begin soon after contracts are finalized and permits are secured. Larger projects and additions may require additional permitting time, typically 6–8 weeks.
