This project involved adding a two-story addition to the back of the house, tying into the existing structure and renovating the entire home.

We added a new kitchen, new deck, and new hardwood floors.

Created a new office space and TV area; and updated the master bathroom and the basement to match the newly remodeled home.

The new floor plan by architect Rob Jess gives the house an open, flowing feel.

This remodel began by bringing new life to the home’s original character. The hardwood floors were carefully refinished, exposed beams were preserved, and a statement chandelier adds warmth and personality without overpowering the space. Modern, neutral walls and expansive windows flood the room with natural light, creating a bright, open atmosphere that feels both timeless and contemporary.

The living room was designed to feel clean, comfortable, and connected to the outdoors. Large windows frame natural light, while a modern fireplace anchors the space and adds a strong architectural focal point. Built-in cabinetry on either side provides both storage and balance, blending function seamlessly with design.

The kitchen was fully re-imagined as a modern gathering space with both style and performance in mind. Exposed beams add architectural interest, while stainless steel appliances and a professional-style gas range with a stainless hood elevate the room’s functionality. The kitchen was fully re-imagined as a modern gathering space with both style and performance in mind. Exposed beams add architectural interest, while stainless steel appliances and a professional-style gas range with a stainless hood elevate the room’s functionality. A large marble island with a secondary sink creates space for cooking, entertaining, and everyday living, complemented by dark wood cabinetry, a soft neutral-blue accent wall, and a gray tile backsplash for a refined, cohesive finish.

While the vast majority of our work consists of renovations, remodeling, and additions, this project in the Wellshire neighborhood is our latest custom home. Designed by Hindlemann Architecture and Design, the home reflects the feel of the neighborhood and fulfills the customers' specific requests for quality and taste at a reasonable price.

The kitchen features dual kitchen sinks, a three-door refrigerator, double ovens, a five-burner range, wine racks, and wine refrigerator. Incorporated into the home's great room, the kitchen's open feel is spacious and welcoming.

The master bath is appointed with dual sinks, a jetted tub, sit-down makeup area, separate shower with dual heads and body spray, and a double-sided gas fireplace that faces both the tub and adjoining master bedroom.
The master bedroom's multiple windows and skylight provide plenty of natural light. Vaulted ceilings add dimension to the room and contribute to the expansive feel. Two closets, including one walk-in, add functionality to the space.

This bathroom was designed to feel clean, calm, and timeless. Crisp white surfaces are paired with bold black hardware for contrast, while the oversized incandescent-style lighting adds warmth and character. Every detail was carefully chosen to create a space that feels modern, balanced, and easy to live in.

From the kitchen, the home now opens seamlessly into the new addition, creating a bright and inviting flow between spaces. Black sink hardware and a stainless steel sink provide subtle contrast against the white and gray stone backsplash, adding texture without overpowering the room. The result is a kitchen that feels open, functional, and connected to the rest of the home.

The new addition was designed to maximize light, space, and connection to the outdoors. Vaulted ceilings and expansive views to the deck create an open, airy atmosphere, while beautifully finished hardwood floors bring warmth and continuity to the space. This sun-filled room extends the living area and offers a perfect place to gather, relax, and enjoy the home year-round.

The bathroom was completely re-imagined by opening up the space and introducing bold, modern finishes. Green subway tile adds depth and character, while all-black hardware brings a clean, contemporary edge. A second medicine cabinet -designed with artwork instead of a mirror - adds both function and personality, creating a bathroom that feels thoughtful, stylish, and custom.

Before the renovation, this living room felt dark and dated, with finishes that hadn’t been updated since the 1970s. Heavy brown tones, outdated lighting, and worn window dressings gave the space a closed-in feel, even though the layout itself worked well. The goal of the renovation was to refresh the room with updated finishes, improved lighting, and a lighter, more modern aesthetic.

This West Denver living room was transformed into a bright, open space designed for modern living. Clean lines, natural light, and beautifully refinished hardwood floors create an airy, welcoming feel that instantly elevates the home. The result is a space that feels fresh, functional, and perfectly suited for everyday life.

This home was originally a modest Denver bungalow: small, single-story, and showing its age. Outdated finishes and a dark color palette limited both the functionality and presence of the house. While it had good bones, it no longer reflected how the homeowners wanted to live or what they envisioned for their future.
